In April 2021, the Group developed its Health Declaration.
We believe that, to become an essential company that contributes to societal development well-balanced with global environmental protection, the health of our employees is crucial, as they are the backbone of the Company.
We will implement initiatives under the system below to promote the health of our employees and their families.

We recognize that the mental and physical health of our employees and their families, who support our growth, is one of our crucial management resources. We aim to be a corporate group that contributes to the development of society by implementing structured health promotion activities designed to help employees lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Health and Productivity Management Promotion Structure
We have implemented a system led by the President as the Chief Health and Productivity Management Officer. The Chief Health and Productivity Management Officer communicates the significance of health and productivity management to all employees and carries out initiatives in partnership with the entire Company and external entities.

We have developed a strategy map that outlines our purposes, challenges, and initiatives related to health and productivity management for its implementation.

Specific Initiatives
■ Identifying employees' health issues and implementing necessary action
■ Setting specific targets based on health issues and implementing initiatives
■ Initiatives for maintaining and promoting health in collaboration with industrial physicians and the Japan Health Insurance Association (including health guidance)
■ Job-specific training on maintaining good health and health promotion according to job levels
■ Distributing health challenges cards
■ Encouraging employees to take paid leave, reducing overtime work hours etc.

In 2024, we were recognized for the third consecutive year under the large company category as an organization that takes an organizational perspective on the health of employees and strategically manages this, under the Certified KENKO Investment for Health Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program run by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
We will continue our health and productivity management efforts in order to make workplaces even safer and more comfortable and to improve the health and welfare of employees.

We were recognized for the third year in a row as a company promoting employee welfare under the Employee Welfare Award & Recognition Program (Hataraku Yell). It is thanks to our employees that we can continue to grow, and we will continue to enhance efforts to support them.
